These are still in great shape for out & about. They come to above the ankle on me so I don't know if you can really call them capris?????

They have big belt loops but does not come with a belt.

Length - 34 inches
Waist - 15 inches

I use to smoke & the Hubby smokes & we have a inside dog, so please keep this in mind when bidding as there will be no refunds as I do not smell anything.....but my nose may not be as good as yours....lol:)
