Are the tips soft tipped that originally came with the set? Can you put steel tipped darts in these particular shafts? Thanks, new to darts and thought you could only replace soft-tipped shafts?? Thanks for your time!

Any soft tip set can be converted to steel, but the weight on them would be un-balanced. Just trying to help.

Tips can be purchased to convert these to steel. It is a common practice but for soft tip the weight of the dart is lighter than a trdditional steel tip dart. Average soft tip set is 16-18g. Steel tip is 20-22g or more depending on the player.
