This is a size 22/24 or 2X plus size blouse. The undershirt is like a tank top but it is sewn into the back part of the shirt so it is all one piece. The undershirt is different shades of blues. black, gray and white sewn with butterfly stitching offering a fluttering effect which makes the glittering type material shine in the light. The outer shirt has a unique stitching on the arms as you can see in the picture. It is made sweater type material but it's very light so it can be worn in the winter spring or fall or in a cooler office setting. The front of the sweater comes down lower than the back of the sweater. This creates more movement when you walk & if you get a chill you can wrap it around yourself. It was purchased from Belk & the brand name is Kim for Women.
