I'm sure as in many plants there are different varieties. Some are grown outside and some inside, same as spider plants. Also would depend on the area you are in. This is very similar to mine that I have inside. When I have them outside they bloom. Regardless...I am bidding on yours because it is a little different than mine.

Can you tell me the length of the clippings, please? What is the speed of the plant's growth? And, last question, I don't see where you're shipping from. I'm in hot Tucson, AZ

this is a INSIDE plant right now that can be grown outside if you choose. In the right conditions it grows VERY fast, for example I have it in two places east window grows like CRAZY!!! The one in the North window grows SLOW.. not sure why~ Shipping from Maryland on Monday or Tuesday so the plant does not sit tooo long in one place

In Tucson you would want this as a houseplant, unless you had it in a shady area with constant water. I am in north central California, lower foothills, it gets pretty hot in the summer, but can freeze in winter. If I have them outside they can only get some morning sun in summer, in winter they have to be protected from freezing, porch or inside. They are almost like a succulent if grown in good conditions here.
