This phone still works great, hardly any cosmetic damage and no internal damage! It comes with a charger, and cleared of any personal data. There is no memory card with the phone, but has a slot for a micro SD card. The first photo is stock, but the other three are of the phone you'll be bidding on. The carrier is SPRINT. Everything on this phone works great. It was used, but gently. Any questions, please feel free to ask!

Does it need a SIM card?

This one has a sticker over where the sim card would be, so I'm assuming no since the sticker has never been taken off. This was my sister in laws, and their plan didn't require sim cards.

No SIM card is used for Sprint (or other carriers using CDMA technology like Verizon, Virgin Mobile, Alltel, MetroPCS, US Cellular, etc.) Good phone, good luck on the auction!
