Does this like full sun? and what type of soil..?

It loves full sun but I have grown it in partial but it only gets 1/2 as big so suns your best way :) Also I grow in both rocky soil and potting soil-just be sure it gets watered on extra dry days and keep the weeds/grass away till its a good 6 inches tall.
