> I am unable to offer FREE shipping on most items. I live in Hawaii and it costs much more to ship anywhere, including the mainland USA. You will only pay actual costs.I will, from time to time offer FREE shipping on some items when I am able but please don’t ask.

> I accept paypal & concealed cash in US$ only.

> I usually ship within 3 days of receiving shipping info through the shipping address tool on the auction page. Listia’s rules state that the winner must provide their address through this shipping tool within 7 days of auction end or I may re-list the item, while retaining the credits. I will do this.

>I usually ship with tracking and mainly only ship to the USA.

> Please resolve any problems with me personally before posting negative feedback to my account. Negatives affect business, and detract from this site’s enjoyment. I have a 100% positive rating on ebay and other sites and would like to maintain the same here.

> I carefully package all items. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling or delays. In over 20 years of internet selling/trading, I have never had a package lost, and only one was broken.

> Difficult customers and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative comments or e-mails.

>Any known defects in any of my products shall be indicated in the description. Opinions differ on acceptability.

> I don’t purposely expose products to smoke or animals, but I do have a smoking spouse (who smokes outside) and two pets (a dog and a cat) that I like more than most people. So if you can’t accept that, please don’t bid.
