This is a Pyro melee weapon. Isn't it sweet to beat people up with a giant candy? The Lollichop allows the user to be in Pyroland (altering the regular maps into colorful ones and making painful grunts into laughing cheers). The only downside is that giant lollipop and Pyroland is only visible to you, no one else can see (unless they have a weapon or item that let's them visit Pyroland, otherwise they only see you being a psychotic hitman with a fire axe).
What I have here is a "level 100"; a specific level that collectors are after, making them more valuable than the others.
