Beautiful mined,slabbed, cut, then sliced , polished and brought home by me for you!!!

This Agate in it's natural coloring, was once a 2 ton rock found off of the brazilian coast. The Golden Coast of Brazil is situated in the northeast of this South American country, and boasts thousands of kilometres of unspoilt, paradisiacal beaches. We spent 2 months hunting Agate and other wonderful treasures on this, one of my last trips there ....

Hoping to one day be well enough to go back again as this is my favorite place to "hound!!!"

The agate is full of drusy and perfectly banded. It is about 5 inches in diameter and about as thick as 2 quarters stacked one on the other.

I bet Bedrock is stunning!! What would smaller chunks of calcite come out like in my small 6" tumbler? Would it break up after a 24hr 7 day cycle? I'd like to put some in my aquarium but can't have the sharp rough edges My lake superior is a rarer large 8 inches. One of my top prizes & the biggest agate i own

It's sooo soft, I'd try the worst piece (no know, there are non) 3 days, check it, 3 more, check it...etc, that's what I do with any calcite sine it can be real unpredictable! Go d knows I've totally obliterated a few pieces...lol!

Wow, the days are going fast!!!!! I'm gonna miss this baby! Right now she is buried in my roses in the soil mother Earth gave us.This is a cleansing ritual for Agate and all stones and crystals to give them the overnight moonlight which will give it a more powerful energy against the dark things in life, the bad.... Tomorrow she will get a nice warm sudsy bath in the sink with mild dish soap, and water, rinse, followed by a favorite of theirs, to give them their sheen ...a vinegar dip!!!!!Then it's one more moonlit night under the stars and that will have her fully energized ready to come home to you....NEVER USE ANY WINDOW, OR CLEANING PRODUCTS ON ANY AGATES, SOAP AND WATER AND VINEGAR ARE ENOUGH!!!!!!
