Was purchased refurbished from gamestop - One of the original launch colors. No known problems - I only played Pokemon on it for a few sessions, and used it for Netflix a few times as well.
Does include the stylus that comes with it. I had a screen protector on the lower screen, was applied incorrectly so had a bubble, but there should be no damage there anyways

Factory reset the device, fairly sure that clears the pokemon save out; Comes with a 16gb SDHC card, formatted to remove previous data.

Shipping has a flat cost, mostly because I did have the option of selling this for cash or auctioning it, and I would like to get some stuff on here instead of pawning this, and It will need to be packaged appropriately to be shipped, still costing cash
