FREE: Lacy Leggings

This is a lacy pair of leggings. Very pretty. Color is black, NWOT. There is no size on the but i would say a very petite woman or maybe a teen could wear these. These do have some stretch but not alot. The waist is elastisized and is 11" wide by 37" long. Stretch the waist and it will stretch to 17.5" wide by 47" long. Again both of the last measure ments are when leggings are STRETCHED. The bottoms of the legs ate hemmed with no elastic. I would say these are a size small if not a xsmall. These are totally lace with a small amount of stretch. I had bought these to wear my self but they are way to small for me, my loss your gain.
