This is a beautiful 10k solid gold blue sapphire flower ring. Stamped 10k I guarantee this ring is real so bid with confidence. This ring is a size 7 and very pretty there is 7 sapphires and yellow gold surrounding the middle one it is in the shape of a flower. I truly don't want to give this away but I have a beautiful mothers ring to wear on the finger this one fits so I am giving it to my listians. All listia rules apply .
