I have opened it to checklist and photo that all pieces are there but it has never been hooked up yet.

*** ITEM IS, AS IS *** simple to hook up! I've had 4 of them. all worked fine. Its $59.99 retail @ MEIJERs. price tag still on it but i don't have the receipt.

it is already in the shipping box that the post office gave me, then i pay when the address goes on it. The post office just needs the postal money order confirmation so it can be shipped.
