This is BRAND NEW! It does not have a seal. I bought these wholesale!! :) I really like this stuff, If you've never tried it, now is your chance!

Warning: This stuff has a strong tingle the first time you use it! It doesn't hurt, but it was definitely a shock the first time i applied mine, lol.

For me it made a difference mainly on my upper lip. :) Feel free to ask any questions!!

I know what I'm about to share, might sound weird, or not what you're looking for, but this has been my experience: At first it made a good difference, mainly on my upper lip. It wasn't "HUGE" lips tho. I really like the glossyness of it. And, I know this sounds weird, but I feel like it makes the philtrum area more plump. I just recently about a year ago, mine started to look a little thinner, and this seemed to give that area a little plump. lol, weird right? I didn't really notice much difference on my lower lip. I've always good sized lips, I think the thinner they are the better your results will be. :)

I won this from this seller and I must say it really does work. I've used it for s few days and can tell big time I love it.
Also to seller I seen were you were talking about shipping good news about that they only went up 25 cents and now tracking is free so now we don't have to pay for tracking which was $1.05 so it only going up a quarter and having free shipping actually puts a lot of extra money in my pocket. I've been to PO everyday this wk because since tracking is free I was able to ship more packages so it worked out better on our end finally.

Anyways I'm watching might need a backup lol:)
