> Please resolve any problems with me personally before posting negative feedback to my account. Negatives affect business, and detract from this site’s enjoyment. I have a 100% positive rating on ebay and other sites and would like to maintain the same here.

> I carefully package all items. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling or delays. In over 20 years of internet selling/trading, I have never had a package lost, and only one was broken.
