I will send the winner a complete letter on how I lost the 22 LBS and 2 1/2 inches off my waist!! I was told this was ok to do for me to do by my doctor; as it is ALL NATURAL-NO CHEMICALS-And wouldn't affect my health.
So I thought why not pass this along to people who want it too. I am including the doctors warning, just to cover my butt.

The weight loss plan is fine to list as long as you will be physically mailing the instructions. We don't allow the instructions to be provided via email for this type of item.
