EUC WET SEAL brand skirts. Cotton stretchy material. The blue one is an XL and the black one is a medium. Honestly, they both run about the same size they are SO stretchy. I wore them when I was a size 10 dress size and they fit. I wore leggings under them since they pretty are short on us tall people. LOL.

No, they would be fine on you. They're meant to be high above the knee. I'm 5'9", so when I sat down the skirt was wayyyy too short for my taste. LOL
