> Free shipping, when offered, is only in the USA. However, delivery confirmation is not something unless it is with a large item shipped in a box. However if you want a confirmation # on a small item you need to pay for it.

> I carefully package all items I ship out. Alert your post office, rather than me, to poor handling. All items are taken to the post office in condition stated in auction. I will not be responsible for lost, mangled or mishandled mail. I will do my best to give you an ETA on your item(s) based on the day I ship.

> Difficult customers and suspected fraudulent dispute filers shall be blocked from future auctions. I will not respond to rude, accusatory or argumentative e-mails.
