Partially used Melter Gems, Pumpkin Cheesecake and Vanilla Extract scents
The jewelry from the packages were silver tone rings, sizes 7 and 8.

Full Melter Gems bottles retail for $19.99.

The rings are silver tone, pink stone, size 8 and silver tone, teal stone, size 7.

These were my daughter's. She bought a few for her dorm room, opened these, and then decided not to take them. These are the last of her Melter Gems.

You can do either. They give more scent if you heat some in an electric tart warmer, but you can just open the jar to use them like a scent diffuser.
