It is & it's not this years. I was posting this so that others may see how to post seeds. I have gotten seeds from here before and they haven't grown. When I complained to the owner, I got nothing. They sent seeds wrapped up in wax paper, not in the original envelope!

Then they need to state so in their description. I have gotten 'burned' twice for seeds that haven't grown, put them in the most optimal conditions, and still no results. So, I lost a lot of credits and have no product. When I complained to the seller, I got negative results.
