no its not see through it is fully lined- i should have explained that a little better my apologies. The top layer is sheer but the bottom is solid blue so no worries on anything being shown that shouldn't lol

Priority shipping with there box is around $6.20 hun. Why double? If you lower it you will get tons more bids. Your dress is absolutely gorgeous with a great description. I'm not trying to tell you how to run your auction. Just trying to help.
