i love your auctions. being verified takes only a moment. though its not american girl doll or my life all of them are 18 inches tall.. the non AGD actually have a solid neck and chest to under arms which all 5 of my daughters prefer as apposed to AGD that are complete soft bodys to head. leaving when dressed in strappy tops and dresses an unsightly cloth where the other brands dont.. i wish ppl would research these dolls as AGd were very limited because they were sewn and painted by hand not now where there factory mass produced they just didnt drop the price tag.....where madam alexander ( my life) were just as expensive she felt all lil girls needed a good quality doll to play with and pass down so she made them affordable even when she was hand sewing them... from the mouths of 5 girls ages 26-8 ( and my 2 grand daughter 9&4) we say my life ( walmart) and the other ( sold at kmarts) even dolly and me from sears are better durrable lasting and worth every affordable penny spent compared to AGd
