Questions & Comments
This would be perfect for me. I just learned how to knit in February this year. I have made scarves for my mom, dad, sister, and a friend. I have made a hat and two cell phone carry bags. This would be perfect for me. :) I will be watching and bidding.
@ beccavenus about a month ago I got 2 skeins of butterfly (flag) yarn. My mom loved it. I got it so that I could make an oxygen tank bag for her. I have yet to get the main yarn to mix it with and start on that project. I have already made her an oxygen tank bag she loves it. I can't remember how many credits that was but it was not bad. lol. I guess yarn is starting to really take off on here. Makes me want to go to the thrift store and list some on here. There is tons of yarn at the thrift store here sold in huge bags from $5.99 and under. I guess I could buy some and list the colors I wont use. :)
@ MostFavoriteAunt I know what you mean about the smoke and pet stuff. My mom has a lot of health issues with respiratory which means the smoke stuff is out. Although Last year for Christmas my dad bought my mom a van for christmas, Really nice van but the pervious owners smoked in it. Well I took my steam buggy to the interior of the van and the smoke smell is gone. The hot steam also cleaned the nicotine off of everything. It smells like a brand new vehicle. So if I do buy some from the thrift store here I will be hot steaming it to kill any smoke odors or anything else that might have clung to the yarn as I have done with any other item I get from a thrift store. You just never know what is lurking around or on that stuff.
