Sounds like this will fit anyone from a medium up to an XL or so depending on how loose or tight you want it. I was just lamenting to myself that it was too bif=g and then saw the measurement (THANKS for posting that BTW) and I can definitely put my skinny self in it!! Yippee! yeah aww , I think its a true xxlit may run a tad smaller but it dose have the croset like tie up in the back that can be tighten or loosened hope this helps
