The listing, REALLY COOL SHERPA DOG VEST...RUGGED AND CLASSIC! has ended.

Now this is a really nice vest for your small dog...should keep him/her really warm this winter. It looks like those good looking jackets/vests that the ranchers wear riding the range on their horses in the snow. It looks like suede lined with sheeps wool. However, I would like to take this opportunity to say, "NO ANIMALS WERE HURT OR INJURED IN THE MAKING OF THIS VEST". The suede is really polyester and the wool is an acrylic polyester blend. But it sure looks like the "Real McCoy"!!! Notice that it closes with real wooden keg buttons that go thru a loop. It has a full sherpa lining and a sherpa collar. It even has the soft sherpa lined holes for the legs. It also has a velcro fastener to help keep a tummy warm. This is a darling vest. The only reason I am letting go of it is it is a little too big on my Chihuahua even though it says it is a small. Otherwise, she would be wearing it this winter. The picture may look a little skewed, but I was trying to hold it to show the styling as well as the velcro closure towards the bottom of the picture.
Don't let this warm and classy vest pass you by. But unless you decide to bid on it, I wouldn't let your baby see it. You will know the meaning of "sulking" if you do! (Whee, I had fun with this one LOL)
If you want only the best for your four legged kid, this is it!

I think it depends on the Chihuahua. Khloe is a Chihuahua but she is taller and, I think, more lean, than the AppleHead Chi's. Please see measurements below!

OK...are you ready for this? My mother took the measurements for me...she sews, I don't. So I think these are taken like you would take them for a person...see if any of these tell you anything: From the collar to the bottom of the vest it is 10 1/2 inches down the back. From the under leg seam to the bottom hem is 6 1/2 inches. From the bottom left to bottom right around the hem on the outside of the vest is 17 1/2 inches. Now, since that includes the fleece we measured the inside also which comes to 15 1/2 inches. From under the middle of the left leg opening to the middle of the right leg opening around the back is 12 1/2 inches, and the velcro tab under the tummy can add or subtract (let out or take in) from 3 1/4" to 5 1/2 inches. I sure hope that helps cause it made me dizzy!!! : ) Please, someone let me know if any of these measurements helped???? Just confused me (but I am easily confused!!!) My Sister, ho lives in Florida, has a small dog and I would love to get this for him. But I don't think it gets cold enough there for this kind of vest. It might be too warm for him. But she likes to dress him up because he loves wearing clothes. I'll have to think about this one. It's on my watch list. Thank you.

Already done...thanks for coming by my auction. I say it's "my" auction...yes, mom did the typing, but doggone it...it was MY vest in the first place.
