Shipping Details
• The price is determined by amount of items plus the box I use. I normally ship USPS flat rate large which in total is $14.95 so you're only paying half of the shipping while I cover the rest.
• Normally I ship 5 days after ending date, however, I do love to communicate and will let you know if I ship out sooner or later.

• I do not sell things that are dirty. My clothes have always been washed and dried before placing in a tote to keep away from a messy 3 year old and a cat.

• I do not sell ripped clothing or destroyed clothing. As I wouldn't dress my own daughter in them, nor would I expect you to.

• I do communicate. To make you, as the consumer, feel comfortable and well taken care of. I'm here to answer any questions before and after the auction.

• I do not scam. I love this site, I really do, so if I scam I could lose my privileges. I definitely wouldn't do that under my own moral compass and the fact that all I could get from scamming is grief and drama. I'm a 100% no drama mama.

I block them. Simple as that. =)

• How do you deal with difficult and/or rude customers?
Well, my mother taught me to 'Kill them with kindness.' I don't get into arguments with them as I believe they get joy and satisfaction to receive a negative reaction. So I'm all smiles and 'sorry you feel that way' =D
