No, I think you will have to go to Copyright Pergatory..... and stay there until some copyright holder buys an indulgence from an authorized distributor in order to get you out. However, you have to rememeber that copyrights are only good for 100 yrs., so unless it is renewed, it will go into the Public Domain, which is something like hell, but it isn't because there is a copyright on that name, and it has already been claimed. This is why lawyers are paid so highly. They are the only ones who can figure all this stuff out.
