WE will offer directions if you do not know how to put these in, its very easy and very simple they bascially just go thru the little hole with the wide side toward the ear . you just snap them in.. its just that easy.. the same way to remove them if you wish.. but you may leave these in the earrings, so each pair you have is always comfy and easy to wear at all times..No more ear pain from clip on earrings.
