This is a 2011 Bowman Platinum "Ruby" parallel for Tampa Bay Rays pitcher JAKE McGEE.
Besides being a short-printed parallel this is also Jake's rookie card.

McGee, whose first career strikeout came against Derek Jeter, made a name for himself in 2012 when he pitched to a 1.95 ERA in 69 relief appearances. He was doing it again in 2014 when he (finally) got the chance to play closer, earning 19 saves and pitching to a 1.89 ERA.
