I describe each item the best I possibly can, and if you still have questions ASK BEFORE YOU BUY/BID. In the Listia Rules it states that I as a seller have a right to keep your credits.

Each of my items are in new/like new/or good to great condition. If there is anything wrong with said listed item I will say so in the description otherwise you can expect a damaged free item.

Please allow up to 7 days to ship your item and another 2-3 days for you to receive item, although I normally ship stuff within a day or 2, Listia Allows a Seller up to 1 Week (7Days) to ship the item to the buyer.

If for some reason you receive your item damaged, please contact me and we can work something out. However if your item is damaged from the postal service, that is not my fault, and I am not responsible. So if the postal people wreck it don't come crying to me asking for a refund because once it is out of my hands there's nothing I can do about it. If said problem should come up don't leave negative feedback, come to me so we can work things out and get it taken care of, most of the time someone leaves negative feedback it was just a misunderstanding!
