This is for 11 Heart Party Balloon Cut Embellishments. They are cut from card stock and fully assembled. Winner will receive a variety of nice party colors although not most likely the ones shown..I just grabbed 11 and there are too many yellow in the scanned batch.. I have several of colors and will send a nice mix. Each balloon has a smiling face that doesn't show so well on my scanner, but these are ready to help you decorate your party, whether it be birthday, wedding, 4th of July, or just a Yay for US party! Of course, they can also be used in scrapbooks, on gift tags, and on cards.

These were made by a friend on her Cricut machine, so I do not make these myself. I have had many requests for birthday items and thought these would make a very nice addition to my listings. Hope you think so too.
