This is a really cool headband. It's made of black plastic, and has holes around the band for you to weave either the blue or white scarf through. Then the ends can be tied behind your head and the tails look pretty in your hair :) You can also wear the headband alone & wear the scarves as headbands themselves, or a variety of other cute ways.
The scarves are a bit wrinkled from being packed up in storage, but they are in otherwise good condition! Hand-wash and hang them to dry or perhaps tumble them through the dryer (no heat.)
