For black one and all other flower dresses large measures bust 17-18 inches across waist stretches 10-13 inches and length is 33 inches shoulder to bottom.
For XL bust is 19-20 inches across, waist stretches 11-14 inches, and length is 34 inches. Because of the lightweight chiffon material the bust area can be a bit snug on big breasted women. I am a 34dd and medium fits me up top just right. Hope that helps you with decision.
