This is a Compaq iPAQ Pocket PC 3870.

Powered by Windows, 206 MHz, Touch-Screen, 64 MB Ram, Handwriting Recognition, Connects to Cradle and PC, SD Memory Slot, 170 grams in weight.

The iPAQ is the most powerful and expandable pocket pc. Thousands of applications available, a digital slot for internal upgrades, and a number of expansion packs.

The H3870 features integrated Bluetooth technology for wireless connections to a Bluetooth device like a phone or printer.

Runs applications quickly without any delays, expand your memory without increasing the size or weight of your iPAQ. Easy to read screen, even in daylight, and high contrast rations. No matter what operating system you have, you will be able to connect to your PC. Applications such as GPS and GPRS are also available.

This does need a BATTERY. It works fine plugged into the wall charger, but does need a battery. You can buy these for $10.

This Pocket PC comes with a stylus, protective case, and a wall charger, that is also a USB cord to connect to your pc.

This is in very good condition. It has NO scratches, no marks on it, has had a case on it since being bought and always handled with care. This is FREE shipping to the US.

Yes when connected to the Internet through wifi, you can use the ipaq to surf the web like you would a PC

Once you install the battery, wifi will work. This comes with a usb cord to connect to phone, pc, printer, fax machine

If you do a google search, there are a lot of places where you can get the battery. Also, from what I see, I think you get 4gb SD card for it

Yes, when you connect the ipaq to your pc, you can run ActiveSync 3.5 installer on the ipaq which will make it compatible with your OS.
