paying friends and family on paypal is frowned upon by Listia because you CAN NOT dispute the charge if you don't get the item. It has happened to me and I was out money. The only way you can go after the seller is if you use the goods button when paying. COD is good unless you pay for a box of rocks or something, paying COD doesn't guarantee the actual item was shipped to you then it's harder than heck to dispute that. That is unless the mailman lets you open the package before you pay.

Actually KialynnD.. if you send it Friends and Family thru Paypal, there is No Fee... and if u get stiffed, Paypal refunds you and goes after Seller... Paypal is the only way that its guaranteed... COD isnt a guarantee unless your going to take them to court yourself and pay fees..
