This is a gorgeous White Xhilaration Medium Terry Cloth Skirt! I used it as a bathing suit cover, but feel free to wear it as you please! It has 2 small front pockets and it does tie for security as well. The terry cloth material helps it dry quickly and it just feels like a nice towel to cover up with after swimming. There are no flaws with it. The skirt measures 16.5 inches across the waist without stretching it and 11 inches down from top to bottom.
