JUST FYI I have metro and you don't need to sign a contract.... pay as you go 40$ - 60$ also fanned and watched I have metro and needs a good phone :)

No,there are no scratches and it is not a touchscreen but is a slider, to be honest im not sure of the exact model and its about 2 to3 yrs old
