I have no idea what songs are in it, (if any at all) it is currently dead so you must charge it up to find out. Small scratches on the exterior as shown. If the bidding goes over 1000 I will include apple earphones.

My friend gave it to me after buying an iPod touch, and was using it up until then so I am assuming it does.
