do these produce fruit or just flowers

It will get small fruit that smells like pears.This is what the seeds come from. In the spring it will get white blossoms on it.It is ornamental type tree. The branches with seeds on them can be dried and put in flower arrangements. Thank you!

I would say they can grow most any where. I am in zone 7 if this helps. They can survive heat and cold temperatures. Thank you!
