The pattern in full to make the Doll house as well as the furnishings. All the instructions as well. Some sewing may be needed. Unused pattern. Got it from a friend awhile back with intentions on using it but never got around to it. I do hope this was helpful. Will post pics of the back of pattern. Am having camera issues right now.
