Blazer and skirt are in very good condition. No rips, stains or tears found. Only issue is a fraying to the button hole on the skirt, but skirt can still be buttoned without a problem. Also some color fading to the lining of the jacket around armpit, but no odor evident. Skirt shows some minor pilling, ie fabric fuzzies, from cleaning and wear.
