These mini cookie cutters are new in the package. I have a set just like it, but mis placed them and so bought this set. Of course, I found my first set right after I bought these, lol.
I never got around to returning them, so here they are for you to bid on. As always shipping is free!

About how big are the cookies? Big enough to be decorated?

The cookies are from an inch to 2 1/2" roughly. I use them for sugar cookies and yes you can top them with sugar. Frosting them or decorating them with icing/candy would be difficult at best.

The package is already packed, and my set that I had misplaced is packed as well because I will be moving soon, so I can't give you exact sizes. There are 15 in the package and they range from roughly an inch to two inches, maybe 2 1/2.
