Here is a new in the package Quantum Pad 2 pack - 3rd grade history & 3rd grade science. Works on Leap Pad, Leap Par Plus Writing & Quantum Pad. Pack includes 2 cartridges & 2 books. Great for helping your child learn over the Summer! NOTE: IF YOU WANT FREE SHIPPING (within the US), I will be removing the books & cartridges from the package. If you want them in the package, you'll need to pay $3 for shipping and I'll pay the other $2, which is what it will cost me to send them out of the package.

Yes they can as they are just books. The cartridges are useless without the device though.

I am not aware of any way a seller can remove a bid, you just have to wait to be outbid.

I've seen sellers state they will offer free shipping if the item reaches a certain bid but if I have to change the shipping amount, then state free shipping if I remove the items from the package, I'll do that.

And if you post a new sealed item you can't open it and remove the incerts that's tampering and breaking rules.

I just wanted to show the items are brand new in the package but to use the books and cartridges, the package has to be open anyway so it doesn't matter if I do it or the buyer does it as the items are still brand new.

As stated in the auction, if the buyer wants free shipping, it will be opened. If you want it sent unopened, you'll need to pay shipping, if you're the winner. By bidding on the item, you agreed to the terms stated in the auction so if you're the winner, you can let me know if you'll be paying shipping for an unopened package or have it open it and send the books and cartridges, out of the package.

No, that makes it new without package. Used means it has been used which this item has not, even if it's removed from the package.
