Shazam! This silky piece of fabric measures 31" long by 44" wide, and I am guessing it is poly. There are glittery spots attached all over but not sewn - some kind of heat set. It is woven fabric and the pattern is printed on. The pen is for size reference only and is not included in the auction.Free Shipping to the 50 United States. No international shipping on this item.
