This auction is for FOUR (4) new, unused, USPS Forever Stamps,in excellent condition.They are the Liberty Bell design, copyright 2007, as shown on the reverse side of the block of four stamps (see 2nd photo). The stamps were issued in 2008, as indicated by the date printed on each stamp.
