Hiya Ed! Great to see you! No, they dont have a number, they have the name of the company that made them. You have to understand that these are "String" backpacks and NOT the "Rugged" type pack made for us grown men. They are good for kids to go to school and hold thier books, or sling over thier shoulder with a couple og gloves and baseballs to go play a game, like that :) I will always be happy to answer any further questions my old friend!
