NEW with tags Minnie mouse dress it is so CUTE!!! :) The shoulders on the dress are bows as shown in one of the pictures it is very CUTE!! I also took a picture of some very small marks on the dress that I saw as I examined the dress but they aren't very noticeable at all but I just thought I would post for you to see :) Overall the dress is BEAUTIFUL!!! The size is in Chinese size 110 and I would guess it is a size 2/3 toddler size in U.S. size it also looks like it might be a little on the shorter size so please read these measurements to make sure...shoulder length flat across is about 9" the waist flat across is about 12" and the length flat across is about 19 1/2"
