Setting the time and Date:
The watch can display month, date, time and minutes
1. Press A button twice. (Date and Time displays when press once)

When the month figure appears, press M to set the month.

Press A button once again, the date figure appears and press M to adjust the date.

Press A button once again, the hour figure appears and press M to set the time.

Press A button once again, the minute figure appears and press M to set the minute.
When you adjust one of among the month, date, time, minute, just keep press A button until the desired figure appears and press M to adjust.
Press M to see the date.
Generally A button is to select the function. (Month, Date, Time, Minute) M button is to adjust the function.
