Often the blemished ones I'll give to children at a show or as samples but I've got more right now than I can give away. I hate to discard them as they function the same as the ones I sell for $12.95 plus shipping. So if you can use it or know someone who could, by all means, grab it!

@loristyles1996 Yes, you can put almost any kind of paper in there. Many people use scrapbook paper Gingham (the red and white picnic table pattern) is popular. I have several customers who sell plates made from these for $2-4 for a set of four plus shipping. Generally I use photo paper, I have them printed at Walgreens or Walmart. You just have them printed, punch them out with standard whole punches, insert them in the jig press the two halves together and instant plates!

I'll be posting a similar sized 1" plate maker. Maybe more 3/4" as well. The 1" would be equal to a 12" plate in real life.
