ive been keeping my eye on this auction and i think its fantastic!!! i really want to win it and ive been saving my credits!!!!!! do u know if there are any rules in florida that would get me into trouble for having it??? i have never heard of any rules like what shaynaNorth stated! im sure if your tattooing ppl and charging them and u dont have a liscense u could get into trouble but for personal use?? i was just wondering??!!! i love this auction by the way, and if i win, ill need some supplys!!!! so im a fan of jlay now!!!! thanks for listing such a great auction!!!!!

the only place in the usa that i know tattooing was illegal is NY, but they have changed that, dunno what the laws are there. the person that made that comment is not from the usa. if it was illegal you would see things like (can not ship to ***state) on the websites that sell supplies.

the guy givin me crap is a tattooist, and a good one ive looked at his tats on facebook, but he does not want people to start out like this, this is where i disagree, cheap kit, and practice, practice, practice... if you are good you upgrade and start workin on people, if you suck... you re-listia the kit..... its a win win if you ask me.
